Assalamualaikum and hi there!
It has been a quite some time that I did not write on this blog. And now, I feel compelled to write because I feel I need to, so that I could reach my far away family and friends; may they be able to reach me despite my physical absence.
Whether we realize or not, we are now at the eve of Syawal. As fall (autumn) is manifesting itself here, in Urbana, and so Ramadan is fast leaving us; the holy month is about to end. And now, Aidilfitri is near, very near that it is less than 48 hours away as my fingers dance at this stage, imprinting the words from the utterance of my thoughts.
To my beloved parents,
Mak, and bpk. Selamat hari raya aidilfitri, mintak maaf zahir dan batin dari ujong rambut sampey ke ujong kaki dpd anak ktk yg kinek d negara orang tok. You both have done much for me, so much that I can't even count since I were born, under your love and care, and still be, up until now. Mun slalu, masa ari raya tok, I could kiss both of your hands, your knees, your foot, and feel the warmth of your hug, but at this raya... i am not able to. This autumn is cold, even colder with your absence from my sight.
Giney2 pun, jarak is not a reason for me to forget for many wonderful things that you have done for me. I am nothing without your guidance thus far that has brought me far up until here, at the US. Being your son, I am most grateful. Thank you, again and again.
To my beloved siblings: hani, azri, syukri, elina and zuhairi.
Selamat hari raya, maaf zahir dan batin abang ucapkan dr negara org tok. Haha, ktkorg mesti suka nak, sbb x da 'big boss' agik utk jadi pengarah ktk org x mcm d kch dolok... huhuhu... regardless, have fun during raya. kpd hani... study mena2... STPM dah dekat... the outcome of the exam would may well be a key of where you will be in the future. So, don't waste your time. azri n syukri... blaja, jgn asyik dgn entertainment yg ada smp kita lupak dgn dunia. Entertainment ya x salah, tp pande2 la control dirik. Do reflect a good example, being a TUNAZian, being a person who is educated in the religious school, so that you may prove a good example as a Muslim and a product of Islamic education. Elina and zuhai... do grow and learn. Do look around you and dream now. Of what you want to be in the future. Though you may not understand for what is being mentioned now. Soon, you will, Insya Allah!

I pray that may you be strong and vigilant as you always be since I know you before. May Allah bless your father's soul and may your father be amongst those who are righteous, forgiven from his sins.

Walaubagaimanapun, either korang tgh seronok main salji (or tengah menggigil dlm comforter), or korg tgh sibuk buat homwok, or yg ade test masa ry tu... or yg saje dh plan x nk gi kelas ms raya tu, or yg dh sibuk memasak utk raya, or yg sibuk melayan perasaan nk malaysia utk sambut raya, or... papelah yg korg tgh buat...
Di sini, aku nak ucap selamat hari raya n mintak maaf zahir dan batin kat korang. Insya Allah, ade kesempatan, kte jumpe lh kat memaner nnti, ek... (midwest game ke... or wherever...)
Member2 PSSCUH, abg hadi, abg putra, abg koboi... n member2 silat yg same batch n bebudak junior russia yg skrg dh pon fly ke russia... pon same gak... slamat ari raya... mintak maap bebanyak... oit... bile kte nk lepak kat kedai mamak lg, ek? bknnya slalu menyelinap masuk ke INTEC, sbb lepak smp kol 3 pg kat warung mamak... ye x?

P/S: Huhu, how I miss ketupat, laksa sarawak, mee kolok, rendang, sate, and mende2 yg sewaktu dgnnya masa raya2 nih... huhuhuuuuuu.....
